Back on the chemo. updated 08/21

Back on the chemo.
Pills this time, Topotecan now. And they knock me out.
I have to take 7 of them a day for 5 days, and then 2 weeks in between to "rest".
They seem to hit harder than the chemo over IV.
Back to only sleeping a few hours as well.

Now we have to wait and see if it helps reduce the damn things.

I asked the doctors about Keytruda, but they say it's not right for me.

On June 17, 2019, the Food and Drug Administration granted accelerated approval to pembrolizumab (KEYTRUDA, Merck) for patients with metastatic small cell lung cancer (SCLC) with disease progression on or after platinum-based chemotherapy and at least one other prior line of therapy.

Looked perfect to me.
They know best i guess.

So, it's not good.
Tumors have grown slightly.
That means the cancer is developing resistance to the meds.
That means it could break through fast. And i die.
Al we can do is stay on the meds and hope it keeps helping a bit for a few months.
Doctors are not very positive, nothing they can do.

First week of september i'm going to the south of france for a week.
